SYSTEM INTEGRATION FAQ
It means getting your different software systems — ERP, CRM, e-commerce, production systems, finance tools — to talk to each other automatically, instead of someone manually re-entering the same data in multiple places.
Most modern systems with an API or standard data export can be integrated. Our core strength is the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics), but we regularly connect third-party and industry-specific systems as well.
Often, yes — even legacy systems, as long as there's some way to access their data (a database connection, file export, or older API). We'll assess this during discovery.
Integrations are typically built and tested against your existing systems without disrupting how they currently run. We validate thoroughly before anything goes live in production.
This is a normal part of integration work — we build transformation logic to map and reconcile data between systems so it lines up correctly on both ends.
Integrations generally need light ongoing monitoring, especially as connected systems get updated on their own release schedules. We offer support plans for this, but many integrations run reliably with minimal touch once stable.
